There’s no real fancy legal version of this—just a simple, straight-forward explanation: There are no refunds. Bundlo does not offer a refund on it’s service as it has a free version as well as free downloadable archives for the paid plans. The chance for fraudulent activity would be far too great by sneaky and mean people (not you of course!) if we made refunds for partial time or accidental upgrades.
The billing for the paid plans works like this:
You’re billed for the current month you're using, not for the month that has just past. For
example, if your billing cycle is on the 14th of every month, and you cancel on the 19th, you’ll
have already paid for the current month, but you won’t be charged again after that. So be sure
to make changes to your plan before your next billing date.
Once you cancel you won’t be charged again, but you’re responsible for whatever charges have already been incurred. In order to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made.
You can cancel your account at any time by selecting the “Account” tab on your admin site (http://YOURSITEHERE.bundlo.com/admin). Scroll to the bottom of the page. Then check the box that reads “I understand that deleting my account is irreversible” and click the “please cancel my account” link. There is no undo if you cancel your account—all your data will be deleted and can’t be restored. Please look into downloading a backup of your site to your computer before canceling your account.
