When you register for a paying account with Bundlo we ask for information such as your name, email address, billing address, credit card information. Members who sign up for the free account are only required to enter an email address. Bundlo uses the collected information for the following general purposes:

Bundlo uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run Bundlo. Although Bundlo owns the code, databases, and all rights to the Bundlo application, you retain all rights to, and are responsible for, your data.
DEACTIVATED ACCOUNTS
Once an account is deactivated, we may keep some identifying data for record keeping purposes.
DISCLOSURE
Bundlo may disclose personally identifiable information under special circumstances, such as to comply with subpoenas or when actions related to your account violate the Terms of Service.
CHANGES & ENFORCEMENT
Bundlo may periodically update this policy.
